Return policy
We at Blue Box Jewels value you as our loyal customers and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding shipping fees). Merchandise must be returned in its original new and unused condition. We will not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than the original or if they are past our 30-day return period. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. Shipping expenses for returned items will be paid by the customer.

Items that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.

All items are inspected before they are shipped. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and in natural stone colors are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the jewelry and should not be considered as defective.

We strongly recommend you to insure your return package for your own protection. We are NOT responsible for return packages lost in the mail.

Return Policy:
Contact with Blue Box Jewels must be made no later than 7 days from the time your order is delivered.
All returns must be authorized, you can do so by emailing us at support@blueboxjewels.com to received your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of receipt.
We only require items to be in its original condition with tag still attached in its original packaging.
Shipping expenses for returned items will be paid by the customer.
Returns will be inspected and processed by our returns department within 5 business days of receipt.
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
