Return Policy

Upon arrival at the Best Home Fashion warehouse, all returned items are inspected. You can return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. Contact with decorinnovation must be made no later than 7 days from the time the item is delivered and all returns must be authorized. You can do so by emailing us and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Packages without an authorized RMA# will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are not refundable. If the item has been opened or shows signs of use, you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. Shipping expenses for returned items will be paid by the customer. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

All orders shipped with a free shipping offer and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges of $6.99.

We strongly recommend you to insure your return package for your own protection. We are NOT responsible for return packages lost in the mail.
